I want to auction an awesome Hulk, Freighter, T2 haulers and friglvl5 char, with maxed exhumers, refining, Ice harvesting and production efficiency skills. Can use T2 stripminers and T2 mining crystals for most common 0.0 ore. Rorqual and T2 freighter is piece of cake to train.

Industrial reconfiguration requires adv mass production V, you don't even have I
Capital Tractors, gravimetric something IV which requires sience V, you have this somewhat narrowed down
the midlinks to make a rorq useful requires Leadership V, cybernetics V among others, you have none of these skills :)
and Jumpfreighter requires Freighter V, which is an extra 40days.
I'm just saying.
edit: rechecked, cybernetics is at II, and leadership is at IV

Thnx for your additional info, quite helpfull.
And, yes, offcourse this character needs additional training to be a proper rorq pilot. But still Cloudd remains an awesome industrial character with a tremendous potential.
