I made site normal and ingame, ingame for add pilots, but now i find problem, new pilots did't have image, for example this character, it's not bug in site, u could't see his image by this url, plz say how i can or you fix this problem.

It will take some time (some days, or even weeks) before the in-game image is available on the webserver. Its not your fault, its a delay on CCP's side.
You'll have to wait for a short while and it will fix itself. :)

I think it's somewhere around a week before you should expect to see an image. For some odd reason I get this feeling that if you actually post on it the image shows up faster, but I'm most likely totally wrong :p

Ive done it once, and had the same issue. I had to clear my Cache folder

And I think I've heard you dont get a picture at all until you've posted with that char.
