From: Darius III Sent: 2012.01.27 15:42 To: BricK sQuAD., In 24 hours I will be removing Mind Games. from Brick Squad. I knew there would be problems with BP wanting to lead ops, which is not a bad thing. I know his forceful personallity would be hard to integrate into Brick Squad. So I asked him to just relax for the first few days and get a feel for Bricks and work from there. Less than 20 hours into the deal he is writing mails, pissing people off. That part was inevitable. He is good FC and will tell you every place he ever left was because everyone ELSE was a noob. Their first day in corp, Boot Dust Princess wasasking about who led Brick and other questions that a corp in Allliance for ONE DAY had no business asking. Unfortunately we will be losing a good corp, and rather soon after they joined. BP convoed me this morning asking who the alliance leader was. At that point I decided to remove their corp from Brick Squad. ANY corp that has leadership issues on thier first day in alliance has no place in Brick. Perhaps he was confused by our working model of shared leadership, perhaps he couldnt contain himself and just wanted to skip the 'get to know us' step in his enthusiasm for kills. Dont feel too terribly bad about the deal, anyone who flys with him has to know that personnel turnover will always be high when he is around. There is no open door policy for them to return, we wish them the best wherever they go, and there is no Blue 42 issued. Please do not smack talk them, try to kill them etc as any attack on them before they quit/are kicked will still constitute an attack on Brick Squad members till they gone. I didnt like the ass kissing way he applied anyway. Also fake mails posted are lulzworthy. Good day gents. PS: Members of Mind Games: we have no issues with you, just your guy doesnt know how to act. Sorry mates, cheers. I had hoped ths would work out, but clearly there are issues that will prevent integration with these guys into Brick Squad. We do not need members that are devisive and pay only lip service to the concerns I voiced prior to accepting them. Best of luck to the members of Mind Games. and fly safe. My apologies, I thought maybe BP would have calmed down a bit since I flew under him years ago, but alas it's the same ol' same ol' and we don't need his brand of drama. Enemies of the corp will doubtless get a laugh as getting kicked from Brick Squad will be perceived by many to be the ultimate low for a PvP corp. CCP and even the CSM have a lot of hardworking men and women who are very intelligent, working on making New Eden a better place-it is CCP management that I fear the most.

But if you have concerns about putting an end to the incurions, your organization has 50 times more active people than Brick, perhaps charity should begin at home? Perhaps Test, GSF the CFC would be willing to help the rest of New Eden by eliminating the Sansha menace from hisec? Really, you should update the link to killmails (which is against some rule I'd imagine) to show me losing my Moros class Dreadnaught when my exit cyno wasnt ready. But I must say i am pleased that you care enough to make such a B-Deal about a battlecruiser loss. That ppeople think I am good at PvP amuses me to no end. Sure, every now and again I kill a 30 Bn Isk cruiser, but trust me-I suck at PvP. The guys we kicked are REALLY good at PvP. Buddhist Princess is REALLY REALLY good FC, but his and my talents are opposite. He and Murtific are among the most skilled FC's in the game but their people skills and egos drive them to ruin, and while my e-people skills are top notch, I couldnt kill a pointed and webbed Ibis with a Faction fitted Tengu most days. Thanks for the free publicity for me in your signature, and keep paying your subscription fees-CCP needs your cash to pay for my free trips to Iceland.
