I was doing some stuff in EVEMon, and found this skill:
Missile Guidance: Skill at missile tracking and guidance. +5% bonus to all missile agility.
Is this actually in game? It disappears when you deselect "non-public skills", BTW.

(I'll try to say this as nice as possible, and that's taking me quite some effort.)
If there's a skill which only shows if you have selected "non-public skills", and does not show if you have deselected "non-public skills", do you think it is publicly available? What does your gut feeling tell you? =AFK=

Your forbearance is an inspiration to us all.

OK, point taken. However, what the heck does "non-public skills" actually mean?
There are some skills freely available from NPCs on the market. There are some skills on the market but only seeded as agent drops. There are even some skills that are only dropped as rare drops from complexes. There are, or at least used to be, some skills that were not marketable and could only be bought and sold on contract.
It was, or seemed at least, possible that "non-public" means "rare and non-marketable". EVEMon's terminology is unclear - at least to me.
So the point remains - is that particular skill available in game, by some means or other, or not?

It's not.
