No hurt feelings from me if you didn't know that; honestly, I only know it because I'm the one doing it. In any event, it seems to me that the CSM could benefit from a consolidated list of what you fine folks in See and Pee think with regards to the present state of High Security Space. I realize that what I am asking is a bit out of the ordinary, because we have been trained for the entirety of our political lives to simply pick a politician based on what he claims to want and then to complain about the politicians who we perceive did not give us what we want. I am not trying to do that at all. I want you, the People, to tell me what you want. I want to go to Iceland with a list of things that you guys want to see in EVE Online, and try to advocate them to CCP and the other CSM delegates. I realize, again, that this is a bit of a change from how we in Western cultures are accustomed to picking our politicians, but I honestly think it stands a good chance to succeed and if nothing else it is the most forthright and honest way to represent a constituency. So that's my spiel. Whether or not you vote for me, how about contributing to a list of things you'd like to see? I, for one, am in love with Rifters. A vote for Lyris is a vote for Rifters. My entire point with this endeavor is that the forums are a lot of information to sift through and that there is a very high amount of noise corrupting the signal. In order to communicate effectively with CCP and other CSM delegates, I need a list of political talking points and reasoning that is sufficiently simple to address someone with no knowledge on the subject; simultaneously, I need to represent the constituent's desires with as precise and specific language as possible to avoid confusion. Do you see the exercise at which I am trying to arrive? Perhaps limited such that only bombers can jump through to a high sec cyno. Dropping a gang of recons and cloaky t3s would be a bit too awesome imo.

Essentially, the strategy is to take a bounty system that is currently little more than a vanity plate type of add on, that is easily exploited, and turn the practice of bounty hunting into a viable career choice in Eve. The important part is to make "kill rights" into a transferable attribute. As it stands, many characters with "bounties" travel around high sec with impunity; knowing the furious miner that levied the bounty has no realistic chance of it being fulfilled. 'Cause even with a bounty on their head, CONCORD still punishes the player trying to collect said bounty in high sec. Has anyone really been far even as decided to use even go want to do look more like?

OR, The contents of the corp wallet. This'd give people more incentive to learn PVP in highsec, and to actually fight back. If a corp drops alliance whilst at war, they shouldn't be able to rejoin for say, a month. I love incursions, but I must agree, they do pay out a hell of a lot of money for little risk. Also, there's gotta be a way to get new incursion players in. As it is, bling fleets are the norm, not regular fleets.
