This will help their alliance enormously and may keep them in the war for another few months at least. This is why BoB hasn't had any of their veterans leave, well, except DP Breacher, but he wasn't a veteran - he'd just been in the alliance a very long time.

ASCN tried that with CLS Fleet... just made people envious and they became elitist.
