Basically, it's easy enough to hate Poaster any day of the week on general principles. But now I'll tell you about some very specific things that Poaster is up to, things that ought to make a real Poaster-hater out of you. First off, he claims to be fighting for equality. What Poaster's really fighting for, however, is equality in degradation, by which I mean that if Poaster wants to make careerism socially acceptable, let him wear the opprobrium of that decision. According to the laws of probability, I've heard of spineless things like emotionalism and negativism. But I've also heard of things like nonviolence, higher moralities, and treating all beings as ends in and of themselves -- ideas which Poaster's ignorant, unthinking, illiterate brain is too small to understand. I have the following to say to the assertion that a book of Poaster's writings would be a good addition to the Bible: Baloney!

I personally derive great satisfaction in doing that sort of thing because Poaster's a psychologically defective person. He's what the psychiatrists call a constitutional psychopath or a sociopath. But what, you may ask, does any of that have to do with the theme of this letter, viz., that he is guilty of a shocking display of dishonesty and sophistry? First, I'll give you a very brief answer and then I'll go back and explain my answer in detail. As for the brief answer, it seems clear that this is a stark reality that no impartial analyst can choose to ignore. But we ought to look at the matter in a broader framework before we draw final conclusions on the subject: We see that Poaster drops the names of famous people whenever possible. That makes him sound smarter than he really is and obscures the fact that if Poaster wants to complain, he should have an argument. As the French say, "Les extremes se touchent." We are a nation of prostitutes. By this I mean that as long as we are fat, warm, and dry we don't care what Poaster does. It is precisely that lack of caring that explains why Poaster's mind has limited horizons. It is confined to the immediate and simplistic, with the inevitable consequence that everything is made banal and basic and is then leveled down until it is deprived of all spiritual life. I would be grateful if he would take a little time from his rigorous schedule to fight for what is right. Of course, pigs will grow wings and fly before that ever happens.
