Level 4 Agents with Federal Navy, + 4 implants, , although not all entirely combat focused, he can easily run through any level 4 mission. He has Standard Certificates on almost all Starter Professions. Flies a Hulk or Transport as well as Freighter.
1 Remap available. 2 jump clones spread around.

Pricing; Auction will run through the weekend if no buy out is optioned. If you accept the buy out you will have first right to buy if you can be contacted within a reasonable time frame . Character will be sold to highest bidder at end of auction, canGÇÖt accept 10 minute offers, if you really want the character because youGÇÖre bidding on multiples, just buy me out or bid close to buy out. Keep in mind that to recreate this character yourself would require approximately 1.5 years to skill costing about 9 billion ISK for PLEX time alone, not to mention the number of clicks to get there. Since he has many functions for great PVE play, I would argue he has very little wasted skill points for someone interested in playing more than one area of the game.

Buy out 9.5b (flexible in that if you get close, it might work to end the auction early)

Yours was a buy out, it may be my misunderstanding, but I thought a buy out was not a bid... Silly auction rules,,, not entirely sure though.
