I was going to wait a couple of weeks before I was going to sell this character, so I could tidy up the skill tree a bit, but I'll offer it to you if you are interested.
22.3m skillpoints, with Minmatar interceptors, assault frigates, interdictors and covert ops.
5 hours away from Minmatar cruiser 5 (98%), after that there is 3 days to recon ships (need covert ops 4) and about 7 days to heavy assault ships (need weapons upgrades 5), the two skill books will come with the character.
All projectiles to T2 including large, supports skills 4/5 except rapid firing, which is at 3.
Learning skills at 5/4 except charisma which hasn't been trained at all.
You're probably not interested, but this character can also fly a retriever with tech 2 strip miners so its a good part time miner for the corp mining ops.
It will have a positive wallet balance, and a sec status of -1.8 so it can enter all high sec systems safely. No kill rights or significant faction standings. Also has 2 jump clones and some ammo blueprints and a fitted wolf in Stain for ratting, which has jump clone access. Comes with a +3 set in main clone, and the Stain clone has intel/memory +3s. Character will be in Jita at time of transfer.
The rest of the skills.
I know the skill tree is a bit of a shambles, it took me ages to work out what I wanted to do in EVE, but on the bright side you can fly all the races frigates, cruisers and battleships, but only with tech 1 weapons, except Minmatar of course. It also means that you can take this character in any direction you like if you're not keen on Minmatar.
I'd happily take 4 billion for it. If you are interested, then let me know and we can come to a deal.
