Stratekical analysis follows, below. Under this line.
In PvP kombat in EVE, when using big numbers, lag kinda makes it hard to manoeuvre. This makes only head-on kombat viable. Can only stay and fight it out, repositioning and hit and run is not really doable.
The factors of ranged ammo, capital ships aside, it can pretty much be determent by using [url=http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Force_multiplier]force multipliers.[/url]
Based ON STATISTIKALS, if goons have a force multiplier of 1.0, BoB has a force multiplier of 2.0. TCF has 1.5 and RA has 1.5 as well.
In closing, hommam÷mmurf=ari.
