You may refer to my previous bonds to get a sense of what type of trader/person I am and for a general overview of my motivations for pursuing bond offerings as a facet of my game experience. Bond #1 Foxfire - https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=42107 Bond #2 Flameburst - https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=50889 (sorry about this stupid plaintext link business, I must be doing something wrong with the create link function) TERMS Total Bond Size: 2 Billion ISK Rate: 9% Bonds: 100 million ISK each (no min/max purchase) Collateral: None Audit: No Start Date:January 29, 2012 End Date: February 8, 2012 EXPLANATION OF TERMS Having has more interest in m previous offerings than room and also with an eye towards managing larger trading operations I have decided (at the risk of looking like a slow building up towards a scam) to make this offering double the previous. I considered making an offering for as much as 5 billion but decided that my relative newness does not inspire sufficient confidence for such an offering at this time. Also, the start date of January 29th is the "official" start date. Obviously I will invest ISK as it is received. RISK Nobody needs to be reminded the single greatest threat to investors is that I'll steal the ISK. I can only tell you that it would be out of character for me, especially since my addiction to Crash and Exotic Dancers is now a thing of the past. Mostly. There's also the possibility that I'll lose it all through poor trading. Now, aside from the fact that I took a required freshmen-level course in economics a few years ago and thus know everything about how the monies work, I also promise to PLEX myself to Hell and back to remove the dishonor of failure. Ritual suicide will follow. INVESTOR INFORMATION There is no minimum/maximum purchase except that investments will only be taken in increments of 100 million ISK. As per usual investors from my previous bond and those that have expressed prior interest in an offering will be give preference over newcomers.

In the event that she turns this offer down I will increase Tivern Maniva's stake to 500 million total and add apAzed as an investor at 200 million. I will up Tivern Maniva's stake to 500 million total and add apAzed as an investor at 200 million. I am very sorry that this took so long, it was highly unprofessional of me. EDIT: My "hard" start date is tomorrow (giving one week to the end date) so if anyone is interested to invest the remaining 100 million ISK contact me.

I sent the 300m to up my stake as originally discussed. and sent another 100m to fill that last spot taking me to 600m total. If in the event it was filled before i sent it. Just chuck us the 100 back.

I'm joking of course, but it is all covered in pod goo so I'm sorry about the mess. Everyone should now have received their principle plus interest payments. As usual, thanks everyone for participating whether you were an investor or not. Also thanks to those of you who nudged me in chat to ask how things were getting along, I do appreciate it. I will be having another offering in the nearish future. The lesson I have taken away from this bond was, sort of surprisingly, not to do with making ISK but with organizing the investors. It was sort of haphazard and took a little longer than I expected (for which I apologize profusely). A couple of people have suggested using a mailing list to alert past and potential investors to a new bond a little bit beforehand. This seems to be a reasonable idea and I think I'll give it a try. Further advice is always welcomed. I also just want to apologize for this post being less than eloquent, it's still the morning.
