I was browsing through here and noticed the lack of low end lotteries, so I figured that I would set one up for my Megathron, and see how it goes, as I guess not everyone has 20mill or so to gamble 
The ship is located in Oursulaert III - Federation Navy Testing Facilities.
This next bit uses the same setup as Dark FlareÆs lotteries, as he seems to cover all aspects rather nicely.
Much like many of the other lotteries on EVE-O, this lottery will be done off the bonus ball on the UK Lottery. As such, 49 tickets will be on sale. The draw will be the first main lottery draw done at least one day after I confirm the last ticket is sold. This is to ensure there can be no claims of cheating if the ticket is bought late in the day. If all the tickets have not sold within 2 weeks of this post, all cash will be refunded.
Ticket price is 2million ISK per ticket. There is no restriction on the number of tickets one person can buy, so if you want to buy a few to up your odds, feel free!
This is my main. Post here, and send the ISK to "Targitaus", (to avoid confusion with my isk, and so I can find the payments more easily; IÆll post with him below) and please include the ticket number(s) you are buying on the "reason" box for sending the cash.

This is indeed still running. It runs until the end of sunday, at which point if the tickets haven't been sold then isk will be refunded. I'm thinking that if 44 tickets sell to cover the ship value then the lottery will go ahead as I'm not too interested in the profit
