ok thats ur thoughts on this sale. a hulk pilot goes for 1.5 bill then u have cap skills at 800 mill and time training i think iam around right price for this char . if i dont get what i want for her ill keep her its no big deal cheers for looking flysafe .

Characters are going for about 300mill isk per mil sp at the moment. You¦re better starting at 2bil and have a 3 bill reserve. It gives people something to compete over.

Your electronics are almost non-existant, your learning isnt even complete, you barely have leadership skills, crap drone skills (mining or otherwise, which will hurt you in the long run), cybernetics too low to use decent implants, and exhumers is only at 3.
You seriously need to either train more to get what your asking, or realize a 8.5 mil industrial character has too much left to do to warrant such a big bid.
