CCP: need help with locked account.

Kokob	Posted - 2007.11.04 22:29:00 - [1] About two weeks ago a corp mate of mine was the apparent victim of account hacking. He just happend to be online with his second account when he noticed he's other char login. He was able to take quick action and login that char, then change the pw on that account. He was then able to get both his accounts locked by ccp very quickly. He then spent a few days reformatting his pc, updating his security package etc. Once he was finished he was ready to rejoin the adventure that was eve. That was now 11 days ago. he's sent in a petition via email but has not been responded to yet. Problem for the corp is we need his wallet back so we can buy things like pos fuel and some other much needed items. Problem for my corp mate "Jalen Rose" is that he's paying for a game he can't play now. Can someone put down their fanfest beers for just 5 minutes and get this sorted please?

CCP will handle your friends case when the other equal cases have been completed, and as soon I guess after the investigation such a case leads to. Yes, it can take days. So all we can do to help you here on the forums with are: Keep patient! Besides that, you will just have to wait your turn in the petition queue.
