Do you think it would ever be a possibility? Like converting from Caldari to Amarr, or paying a huge amount in some ceremony. Someone think about this, as you choose a race and only ever find out after plying for 6 months that this race is not for you, the style of play the tech of that race etc..... now the Race bonuses are comming out for the ships, I'm regretting ever choosing Caldari, I want to be an Amarr, please help.

The racial bonuses for elite frigates aren't actually based off of -your- race, but instead are a flat reward for having that race's frigates at level 5 -- hence why the reward is 25%. Presently, the only thing that ends up varying from race to race are starting skills and attributes --- but skills are learned over time, noteably, and one can use -anything- in the game, provided one takes the time to learn the skill. From what I've read, this was intended by CCP, so as to not limit people too much by their race choice.
So. Uh. Yeah. ;)

1) You are amarr,  alt 
2) As stated above, there are nothing that prevents you from getting the race bonus from amarr frigates. Unfortunately.

Hmm, sounds like a great idea. In fact, while we're at it, how about letting us reallocate all our skill points too!

I don't personlly care at all about race, but how about we are able to re-allocate our attributes? If I had known that perception attrib would rule the entire game I would have been smarter about choosing!

If i want to be any race i wanner be a human from the milkywayu galaxy (ill explain now).
Remeber when the world of eve fell back into the middle ages after the New Eden gate stopped working, while during that time our brothers many miles across the univirse did contunie to devlope and increase there technological abilties. Hence i wanner be one of them with a frigete that most prop has stats to equal a tech 5 battleship.
