Do missiles launcher pos batterys still go offline when the tower is reinforced? I remember this being the reason why almost nobody used caldari control towers along time ago, and am wondering if this has changed yet. Its a bit hard to reinforce your own tower to test you see =/

anything that uses cpu will go offline ( including missile battery's) once the pos is in reinforced mode

Are you sure this is the case? since caldari grid is so tiny and missile battery being its bonus sentry I would of thought ccp would have balanced this issue by now.

Anything using CPU (which are missle batteries) will go off line when the shields go to 50%.

Originally this was so that dreads etc could warp out (warp disruptor batteries go offline etc). Now that reason doesn't exist (you can shoot the warp disruptors and just warp out anytime). So it may be time to think about changing this.
But on the bright side, if you have missile batteries setup you can always replace them with guns AFTER it goes into reinforced now ;)
