Would anyone care to explain to me the logic behind not being able to expel a corp member when they are undocked? I just don't see why this isn't allowed |

They would surely complain to CCP if they got a (former)corpmates Orca/Charon/expencive_ship pointed and suddenly got booted and thus concorded.
Why not make them lose lock when they drop from corp? They would still complain because they just lost an Orca/Charon/expnencive_ship kill |

What about corp members that steal from a corp and then proceed to say they won't dock up or leave the corp until they receive more isk in compensation? I should be allowed to expel a member for being corrupt. Hes threatened to harass our corp members if we don't pay up and we tried tracking him down. he logged. still can't kick him. quite frustrated CCP. you need to fix this simple mechanic |

Oh thanks Krakisbad you let the secret out.
Of course, corps not knowing that did lead to one extremely hilarious event: Click "For example, if you are thinking about selling a Republic Fleet Firetail as a regular Firetail, be sure that the market volume is high on regular Firetails and that there are plenty of buy/sell contracts for Republic Fleet Firetails. [...] The players most interested in Republic Fleet Firetails are going to be players flying regular ones."-á -- PB |

If a person has done something that makes you want to boot them from the Corp and they are able to, through some set of circumstances, stay in space and online whenever those with power are online, then a petition will take care of it.
CCP has this in place to prevent Concord issues. Same reason a pilot in space cannot join a Corp. |

Well, they can, but it's considered an exploit if they use the result to their advantage. Single-Shard, Player Driven Sandbox.

Depends on if the GM you petition it to cares or not. I'm aware of a few PVP pilots who regularly hop corps in space to get instant wardec rights.
As for kicking people in space, we do it all the time after they log off. Doesn't matter if they are docked or not. |

Petition it and a GM will take care of it one way or another. Regards,

Ok, it's officially an Exploit, and the moon is Officially made of government cheese. Single-Shard, Player Driven Sandbox.
