I should be allowed to expel a member for being corrupt. Hes threatened to harass our corp members if we don't pay up and we tried tracking him down. he logged. still can't kick him. quite frustrated CCP. you need to fix this simple mechanic

CCP has this in place to prevent Concord issues. Same reason a pilot in space cannot join a Corp.

I'm aware of a few PVP pilots who regularly hop corps in space to get instant wardec rights. As for kicking people in space, we do it all the time after they log off. Doesn't matter if they are docked or not.
