Hi, sorry for off-topic-
Im on a 14 day trial as of right now, but, im thinking of paying, but say I was going somewere for a month or watever, could I make it so I can not pay but not have it deleted? Then when I get back i can pay again and start playing again? Thanks!

Have you ever seen that show, ôMeerkat Manor?ö I ask because you seem like the type who would watch shows about cuddly animals. And, people in Eve have a lot in common with meerkats.
Meerkats organize themselves into large groups (corporations, alliances) and claim territory. Some of them are always on guard duty (gate camp) while otherÆs forage for food (mine and rat). Meerkat groups fight big wars with other meerkat groups for control of territory. They can be vicious little critters, just like people in Eve. Meerkats are real friendly with others in their own group (blue) but very aggressive and territorial around meercats that are part of another group (red.)
But some meerkats arenÆt part of a group. They are the wandering males and they travel around solo looking for stray meerkat females. These male meerkats get attacked and chased off by any pack they encounter which is also how corporations deal with solo players. ThatÆs because what male meerkats want to literally do to the meerkat females is what solo players figuratively want to do to everyone they meet.
In Eve, you are either a pack member, a potential threat, or potential prey. Being friendly and trusting of everyone either marks you as prey or as a very clever threat. DonÆt go around expecting people to give you a big hug, because in Eve you can hug someone with nuclear arms.

You can let your account lapse, sure, then re-start when you get back. Very easy if you are subscribing month-to-month.
You cannot turn the account off at will, however. If you subscribe for a 6-month block, for example, it will run all the way through.
Still, since the currently training skill continues to train (whether offline, or account expired), you can gain some progress while away for extended periods.
You can also let your Trial account expire and activate it at some later point, if that's a concern. (Just make sure you re-activate the actual Trial account in the conversion... not create a new one. Peeps do that sometimes).

the thing is people in eve think all 14 day trails are spys and such.
but I trust you.
even if only because I have so much money and stuff getting betrayed would only add to my excitement with this game
