They don't exactly make it easy to contact CCP to sort out this sort of thing, so I'll have to put it on here. Maybe someone can contact me. I recently (3-4 months ago) switched to direct debit of my eve onlne payment. Have been paying it nicely for the last 3 months. But a 3 month payment has recently been taken off my credit card (my previous payment method).
I want it back and the systems sorted out basically. Numbnuts.

You will need to file a billing petition about this issue. The GM's in charge of that will handle it and sort everything out for you

Unless "numbnuts" is your signature (and it should be, if that's how you ask for help), I'd leave that bit out of your billing petition.
On the plus side, the one time I've had to file one in that category, they were really fast about getting it solved. Filed it, went to bed and checked next morning before work, all taken care of.

Thanks for the info.
You're right - the 'numbnuts' was uncalled for - but when it's your last 30 euros on your credit card and you're trying to buy something online for your gf's birthday.... you may understand where it came from. Grr.
