Hi all,
Nale's conscience is beginning to bother him, which is bad at the best of times and gets no better when someone's tossing things at you.
Also, thanks to those who came to the reading at Fanfest, and to everyone whose hand I shook over the last few days. It was good to meet you guys. 
Oh, and one more thing: Those "skittish, frightened men with a terrible darkness about them"? After Black Mountain is done, we'll get at least one story involving them.

Nice story again Abraxas, but when I read about your stories, I sometimes get the feeling, that we capsuleers are depicted as the the true evil of the Universe. Compared to the Serpentis who still care about their partners, and now the not such a bad person, Angel Commander Hona.
From your descriptions, one could get an impression, that all Capsuleers are far worse then any Angel or Serpentis.

Capsuleers are by far the worst. Think of the killed ship crews !

As with most everything in Black Mountain, it's a subjective view. The pirate factions certainly don't hold much love in their hearts for capsuleers, and neither do the Sisters, who routinely have to clean up after you. The Empire residents like you more, but then, they don't have much choice in the matter. You're filthy rich, immensely powerful and, as far as mining colony destructions and other such acts of mass murder go, quite possibly insane.

Perhaps, once this series is done, you could do a story that paints capsuleers in a better light?
How about one of the damsels from the Damsel in Distress mission?
