at the end of the mission information it says: HINT --------------------------- The objectives can change during the mission, depending on how quickly you are able to arrive at the destination.
can someone tell me how it changes? is that because someone may camp that spawn and take your data sheets before you get there?
also is there suppose to be no bonus with this mission?

Scenario missions are still bugged. I think Papa Smurf said that they will be fixed soon(tm). So at the moment, yes, the rwards from scenario missions are s***. If you take too long getting to your first objective the mission is supposed to give you an alternate objective which usually gives a lower reward. I have never experienced this. No idea whether it is due to always completing the mission on time, or a bug. --------------------------------------------- Engineers motto; If it doesn't fit, force it. If it breaks it needed replacing anyway. |

With some of these missions, the objective is far enough that it's impossible to get to the thing before the objective decays, even with dual MWD and leet mission skills.
Data sheets turn to garbage, prisoners turn to biomass

The time bonus for scenario missions isn't bugged, it simply isn't being dished out at level 3 due to the fact your agent keeps sending you to level 2 scenarios. That code was intentionally put in there. The reason they send you to level 2 scenarios is because the level 3 scenarios have not been deployed yet, but they will be soonish.
As for the "partial failure" timer always running out, that should not happen. The timer is currently configured as a random time between X and Y minutes since the mission was accepted. Y being a few hours later. So if you keep getting there late, it must be due to bad luck, as the only way you are guaranteed partial failure is if it takes you a few hours to get there. Total success is not guaranteed unless you are really fast.

Zrakor I've done scenario missions where I arrived a few minutes later. A max of ten minutes I'd say. Even so these missions sometimes led to garbage or biomass.

From experience, I'd say that if you get there after 15 to 20 minutes, you achieve your primary objective; too soon or too late leaves you with dross.
Seems silly, but there you have it.

if you take too long a data sheet mission becomes pick up a unit or garbage and a rescue mission becomes pick up one unit of biomass,
still get the rewars just not any rating i dont think

I've done a lot of those [d_amn, ill-begotten] level 3 scenario missions.
Only once (1 time) did I ever get garbage even though I arrived 12 minutes after being offered and accepting the mission. That was last night. So the random thing, assuming fractional hours are ok, appears to work fine for me.
What is very reliable is that the timer starts at mission-offer, not acceptance. That is key. Sometimes I put off boring missions [scenario/courier from a level 3 navy internal security agent :( :( ] until the next day.
*Every* time, i.e. without any exceptions, I get garbage or biomass. This makes sense. The reports were stolen or the VIPs kidnapped when I was offered the mission. The timer should start then. And it does.
Good, things are sensible. Now, just disable the b0rked level 3 scenario missions until they are *actually* ready. Hate them damn things ;) Or turn them into Zor missions.
