Hello space friends
I have been reading Cracked dot Com, and apparently there is this place called Russia. Perhaps you have heard of it? Anyway, in Russia there is supposedly this vodka called Putinka, which is a cutesy diminutive way to refer to Mr. Putin, and it is quite popular over there for whatever reason, perhaps because if you don't buy it you get abducted by bears. Or maybe people just really like the idea of putting something with Putin's name on it in their mouths and stomachs. Whatever. The point of this to me is that I know that some of you are bound to enjoy vodka; and, I am hoping, at least a few of you know of Putinka and can compare it to other vodkas which I've already tasted.
For comparison of my available vodkas, I live in the United States; so, basically, Schmirnoff, Skyy, goose, and the like.
e: I am kind of stupid and completely forgot to ask my question after all those words leading up to it. Is Putinka good?

They didn't have it  , but I picked up 3 bottles of other vodka, and am mixing them now as I am sure the experience will be the same. I can feel my posting get better with each passing shot.

Gin can go well with certain things, like carbonated sodas or fruit juices but if you have to mix an alcohol to get over the taste of it then it just seems a waste to me.
