Does anyone know what the chance is to receive a commander spawn at the end of a cosmic anomaly? Maybe I just got lucky early on, but it feels like no better than 1 in 20 lately.

Well I've done approx 20 CA's - and I've got one Commander Spawn. It was actually on my 2nd CA aswell
Obviously that's not enough of a satistical base to draw answers...
On a related note - anyone ever got any "Commander" equilivant from Drones CA's? Or any good drops in Drone CA's?

I've never had one and I've done well over 20 
Not that I complain though... I've been lucky in other areas.

I had one comander spawn in about 25 anomaly's.
And it wasn't in a drone anomaly.
What would be a comander type for drones annyway?

Yeah maybe 1 in 25 but even then chance of dropping any decent loot is even less. Mostly it's just ammo and tag.

Been getting about 1 in 10 ratio lately. Most of those have been sentient drones, dropping up to 5m worth of salvage each |

After going 1-for-18, I got another one fairly quickly. So my tiny statistical input is 2-for-24 so far.
The tracking continues.

Brother got a commander drone BS last night in a low-sec anomaly, and salvaged parts worth (apparently) 45m.
I think the drones would actually be better to get than faction, seeing as in the dozen or so faction kills I've ever had, only 2 had notable loot. Ammo and tags are worthless.

I just got my second commander spawn.
I think I'm up to about 30-35 sites - so the "1 in 20" theory seems to hold up.
We still dont have enough statisical data - but we are slowly getting there.

I found a command drone in an anomaly and it did not drop anything. However upon salvaging this final drone I received several tech 2 salvage worth about 50 million ISK.

Well, about a month ago I was doing the gurista combat cosmic anomalys. I'm fairly certain I had about 3 commander spawns in a row at the end.
Then this last weekend, I did 3 or 4, and no spawns. I got the feeling though that it had to do with the fact I was in a gang. The first site I started, I got those messages saying reinforcements and such, but then midway through, joined up in a gang. No commander at the end. The next few sites while in the gang, I did not get any of those messages. So thats my thoughts, I'll try again tonight without being in a gang. And yes, mostly got faction ammo and tags, and I think one guri exlosive amp. aka crap.

all the ones i go to are bugged and won't despawn (warp in, and nothing. even after going all around the structures, and blowing up the structures)

Same here. Supposedly that is going to be fixed somewhat in Trinity, however.

1 in 25...... why are you guys even running these?
I found a DG battleship, and a hauler spawn worth over 60mil in about 90 minutes of ratting this morning.

Fairly certain? Can you elaborate?
If I had 3 faction spawns in a row, I would be pretty damn certain...

Hehe, sorry, but at the time it did no seem out of the ordinary, or all that profitable (never got any modules of note). I've been meaning to run some to check, but mag sites are just to tempting to me.

I've gone months without seeing faction while ratting so even a 4-5% chance is fine by me. And the harder anomalies like *rat* Haven and Sanctum provide a steady stream of BS that far exceeds what I can get warping around to random belts. Also, while the loot drops are worse in an anomaly, salvage rates seem about the same.
FWIW, I'm at 3 for 45 but I just got that 3rd in the last one I ran.
