serious issue sure, I ain't no huge fan of goons, but scroll these forums back enough in time and you'll find similar forum manhandling complete with chestbeating threadnoughts and all that from bob, dig even further and you'll find the same from a ton of organisations throughout eve history.
The only thing that is getting out of hand, is how more out of game stuff and general paranoia gets thrown around. But these explosions of crap have always been around from time to time.

Strange article, a newspaper should be more objective in its writing really. EVE-tribune has gone from a newspaper to more of an opiniating magazine.
Writing such articles will make you feel better if you are all emotional about this, but it will be fuel only to the source of your problem. Because that's what it is; a problem of acceptance on the writers side if you write like in that article.
You can describe the Goons in an emotional, rational, frustrating, scientific, annihilistic, upheaveling, or even dimmunitive fashion, it remains all a matter of acceptance. Acceptance on many levels, too many to describe in anything but an essay on the subject. It is what it is, nothing can change it. No need to frustrate yourselves. I dislike the Goons style very much; doesn't mean I couldn't buy one a beer if it means we both can have a laugh about this game.
It is what it is, just accept it. I'm sure many goons will feel miserable if you accept them or even can't deal with it. 
On a side note, reading the new EULA, it is not our(the communities) problem. If its a problem at all, it's CCP's, They retain all right on having to deal with stuff like this. I only have the right to pay a monthly fee, just like a goon, or a bob, or you reading this for that matter.

I am taking that broad brush away. You cannot paint Bob, CA, FA, SA, VA etc of the past posters besides Anue with that brush of spamming caod. Its not the same canvas, studio, school, building, city as what the Goonies have displayed in recent weeks. Turn off that caod blocker and you will understand there is not even a close comparision.
