It's just word about it didn't get around much. But now, I can take my morning coffee, sit behind my computer and read what is going on in the world. And most media coverage is about shocking and horrible events. It's never about how a couple married happily or someone got a raise (if its not celebrities ofc), because that would be boring to readers. modern mass media and its news coverage is only reason why we feel that world is going to the dogs. but in reality everything is same, just nobody knew about it :P
