I didn't want to talk about this in public, but others have made that impossible. I never wanted any responsibility, I was ordered to take care of FAI and I did my best. Their is no miscommunication, Desron/Kondo Isami, who is high command in IVC, told the acting CEO and former CEO of his corp how its going to be. I should mention he officially joined PsyCorp before he took these assets. He would give the people he felt like some isk, send out a small check to the older members and take the rest to his new empire corp. He did this because the majority of the corp directors decided to take a short holiday from eve, which turned into a long one. Well frankly, they are not his assets to decide who gets what. He has gone crazy and he could end this today, if he would give back what he took. :)

Hi btw [EDIT] Its also kinda not corp theft - he started the corp and helped build and run it tirelessly tbh Not all directors were gone. not even all mains directors were gone. Secondly The main director left during US TZ was also the main contributor in those Assets. First of Posix was sorting out most ** that had to be sorted before pulling out off ivc (at least during US TZ) he IS also responable for gathering all assets to a central location. He also paid for at least 50 if not 75% of those Assets. So yeah taking them away without talking to him is not theft. It's caretaking. ** it. On the other hand i will not deny that he put a lot in the corp. So did the other people from whom he took the Assets. But the run it tirelessly i don't agree with we all need our break when Eve become more than a fulltime job. So did he. The course of action i took was not before desron and posix tried to sort things out. Now that's all i have to say about it.

Hi btw [EDIT] Its also kinda not corp theft - he started the corp and helped build and run it tirelessly tbh waves @ Panman Unfortunately, regardless of what he has done for the betterment of the corp, you CANNOT take what you want from it at your leisure!!! Stealing is stealing, no matter who you are! No one could see this coming, I don't believe. As far as I could tell Des was an awesome guy, someone to look up too, and respect. A good leader. Why he would want to hurt his friends, I don't know, and can't even begin to fathom!!! I just hope people's eyes are wide open NOW!!!
