this char is focused on command ships nighthawk or vulture and it can run missions superbly too.
in 6 days it can use capital shield booster and siege module only the books remain to be bought ( hard part done training the pre req to use them)

it comes with a full set of +4 or 3x +5 implants depending on what offers i get
over 3.1mil sp in engineering and 6.4mil sp+ leadership skills make it a near perfect fleet/gang leader or a great mission runner .
