Evemon cannot change your skills for you, only tell when they are done.
You have to log into the game to actually change a skill.

No, it encourages character farming so there's no (known) api support for remote skill changes.

how hard can it be to simply log in for 5 mins, swap skill to long one, take a week/month vacation (depending on how long the skill is), and come back to find the skill near-done?
apparently, some people find it too hard to even log in anymore -

Edited by: Aya Otosaki on 08/11/2007 19:07:20 I think its there to make you obsess/think about the game when your not playing it. ----- Ignorance is my strength. |

I for one am feeling like i'm forced to log on at least every day on average. It was ok with one account but running two or even three at one point it was really tedious. And before you get to those week long skills which are level V usually, you have to train 4 other levels which are anywhere from 10 minutes to 1-3 days long. Running more than 1 account this is really a lot of logging on. And before mac client was released I had to reboot my computer every single time I needed a skill change. Now how annoying do you think that was?

Yeah, that sounds like a real fun way to play a game. If all you are doing is logging in to change skills, then what is the point of even subscribing... unless you are selling characters.

too manyy newer players are living eve in EFT and EvEmon, these things are aids to help you in the game, not the game itself. . .jusst incase people forgot that simple fact. -----------

Think i'll post this here since it isn't that importent.
Is there a way to hide or remove the Test and Mod skills from Evemon. Kind of annoying to see omnipotence on the skill list when I will NEVER be able to train it, could be flying all 4 titans and still be unable to use some of those skills. ---------------------- There is nothing to fear in death, for no one has come back to complain about it. |
