Hai.
This is my first real attempt at a movie, so be gentle with it :P It's not full length, and I think had I worked on it a day or four longer, it'd be a lot more impressive, but I started and finished it in a chunk of about two-three days and would probably have run out of steam very quickly had I added much more to it.
It's entirely solo Crusader PVP. I've never flown a beamsader before joining veto, so tactics and such aren't perfect, and I KNOW I shouldn't have got hit by that Exeq so much, but I needed to manage cap with lasers, mwd and scram running, so it took a bit of selfsacrifice And, er, the domi got away.
But yeah, tell me what you think :]
PS. I know about the bugged text where I say how spiffing a repper would be, but that wasn't there in the prerendered version and I did do a load of edits to it to get rid of that, I think I just need to get some patches for Vegas.

Plays to around the 3 minute mark and freezes. I didn't catch the exact time, but it's right after you type into alliance chat that the guy is tanking both shield and armor. It freezes in both Windows Media Player and Media Player Classic with the K-Lite Mega Codec pack.

Because he's dumb.
In most fights, you'll pretty much only need to scram for the first few cycles, the cycles where you start to pwn their tank and the last few cycles.
I normally keep it on, but when you gotta micromanage cap, that's how tingz roll.

As someone else said, I don't think the black flashing or however you would describe it added anything to the video.. for me atleast it was pretty disruptive and seemed to break the "flow" of the vid. Just some constructive criticism mate - think if ya left that out in your next vid, please do make more, it'll flow better. Anyways, good watch - nice to see some sader action as it's an awesome little ship.

I dunno... i just wasnt impressed all that much. Those guys seemed to mostly ignore you... the domi didn't seem to do anything. Sending 5x hobgoblins 2s down on you would have ended you extremly quickly. It'd be odd if the domi didn't have a set of light drones... given that you dont really use mwd that much.. the hobs would certainly have eaten you away. Though you may have been able to get away.
The other battles seemed to really have the guys ignore you... they had their drones on the rats...

Had a word with the domi, he had apparently come to jump the Exeq and then stayed just to watch the fight.
And er, what?
I dunno if you noticed, but their drones were only on rats for about the first four seconds of either fight. Unless I'm misremembering things very badly, which, to be fair, happens a lot.

Just some quick advice:
Dont do the screen black effect, its very annoying.
If youre going to use the crusader like you are doing in the vid id suggest you fill the lows with cap relays until you can run mwd, guns and disruptor permanently. Yes its doable. And a crusader will hit its target at full mwd speed at a high orbit with auro crystals unless its something small like a frig, in that case you dont have to fear to slow down really.
All in all, fun to watch. There should be more amarr inty vids. Keep em coming.
