Hi, ive just updated test server, everythnig was working fine till then, and now the game won't open. It just shows the splash screen, then dissapears.
The process is still running, but it never takes me to the logon screen. Ive tried re-installing but no luck.
Any ideas?

Reinstall your video drivers. I had the same problem, but tried this and it worked.

On my XP machine it wont start, but it works ok on the vista one. It does the little splash screen then the splash goes away and exefile runs in the background.

As I posted in the other thread, we're aware of the issue and there should be a client update later on that will fix the problem.
If it's possible, can you run the logserver prior to starting EVE, and then link me to the logs, it will help me check to see if these are all the same problem.

Thank you for the logs, they're immensely helpful in pinpointing the reason for this.
As I said before, there should be a client update that solves this problem later today. When it goes out, I'll post here and if anyone still has the problem after that, I'll follow it up.

The change I submitted for it should go through once the version number goes above 42359. Until then there's no work around for it.
The problem in this instance relates to a particular .DLL file that the client is unable to load. This then causes the procedure that is attempting to load it, to fail, and subsequently pull the entire client down.
I've submitted a graceful handler to the offending code, so that should the .DLL not load, the particular module will just error and not be loaded, without breaking the client.

When fixing, are you referring to the test server or TQ?
I'm having problems logging 1 account onto TQ, but it can log onto Sisi just fine.
Other accounts on the same computer can log into Sisi and TQ respectively just fine.
When trying to log the account onto TQ, it loads the splash screen and then nothing, it hangs before changing picture to the character selection screen.
I've checked the account and it isn't inactive in anyway and is th account im posting on now.
Anyone got any good ideas?

as of the current patch.
login fine but stuck on entering station screen. Waite for about 15minutes and still didnt load.
