Giving them knock down prizes on ships and equipment. We at state war academy suggest that all stop buying from these Corporations.

Did you miss the fact Techell bought an ENTIRE REGION from m0o? 
That gives it away a bit that they have a buisness relationship.

I can just see Zap, Bob and Sass etc dressing up in school girl uniforms and handing out Biomass to the noobs at Caldari provisions.
Stick my name down to give them a tenner but I want pics of them in said uniforms before I cough up
