So, I was unfairly banned from my first trial account. I waited a few days. I create another, of course I cant use my real name anymore and I have to create a new mail. Being that those are already (and lets not forget unfairly) on file with a mark against them, I have to create something new so that maybe I will be treated fairly and without prejudice.
So, I create a new account, then I leave for work, to come back later and discvoer that its GM krymus again, hard at work with the permaban.
The first time, I tried all official channels, petitions, whatnot, and received no response. It hasn't changed now either. The real problem with this is that any sort of form of trying to communicate was shut down. I promptly found my account banned from even the website when I came back after lodging a petition asking them why they had banned me.
obviously doing this wont undo what they did to me, but I want both CCP and everyone else to be aware of this. its shameful treatment, and maybe this is an isolated incident with someone who isn't being appropriate with the power they have been given by CCP. regardless, this is just a warning to anyone else out there who's account suddenly ends up banned, with no reason, and if petitions and complaints to all official channels go unanswered, you just might be in the same boat.
I wholeheartedly expect this one to be banned within a few hours too.

You know they got e-mail addresses too so you can write them about your concerns outside of the game?
If they banned you twice this means you did something against the EULA, twice. Read it carefully and it may answer your question on why you got banned.

same deal, no response. no, I didnt do anything wrong the first time, the second time I made the mistake of trying to play again.
Is there a reason to ban someone because they joined a corp, played the game, and didn't behave like half of the dolts do in chat channels? maybe I was too nice. whatever it was, no reason given at all, and I get a website ban on my account for using petition to ask why, I also get no response from emails.
I'd really like to discuss this with anyone who is concerned, but there's not much more to it than this.

forums and game are two different entities, as stated in their policies. all these posts would be deleted if i made only 1, because it deals with issues of their behavior, and they make it a point not to have their dirty laundry aired. I want as many people as possible to see this before they go though, and some people avoid general discussion forum

I don't believe you when you say you did nothing wrong. And I do not believe you when you say they do not answer you at all. Why don't I believe you? Because I've known people who had accounts banned and they all got their responses and know the reasons. Seems kind of fishy that you come here to point a finger and blame CCP for giving you this completely unfair treatment, saying that you did absolutely nothing wrong to be banned twice, and then saying that you get no answer in response. Everyone else does, so what makes you special?
Too often a time people come to these forums because they are angry and lie. Sometimes it is their friends who come on their behalf. They tell tall tales about how they did nothing and CCP just punished them out of the blue. Then a GM comes and says "our records show ..." and then shortly after the person stops posting.

There are (or were) several courses of action open for you. Unfortunately, you appear to have such an attitude that noone (including myself) is inclined to point you in the right direction.
CCP employees are not infallible and there are processes in place to correct any mistakes they may have made. In most cases where people start complaining about being 'mistreated' it is in fact the user who is at fault. It is of course far easier to put the blame with CCP.

Come on seriously.....you expect us to believe you got banned for doing nothing wrong???? And then you came back and got banned for doing nothing wrong again.

Golly! You have just exposed CCP for the evil empire they really are!
As soon as I get my 1,000,000,000,000 isk from the nice man in Jita who promised to double whatever I paid him, I'm gonna blow it all on shuttles, and leave them scattered throughout space, where CCP will never find them!

Of all the reasons to get banned from a game like eve, you get banned for forum spamming?
I share the feeling of the others that you're only telling us your side of the story. Thing is, there's these little things called chat logs you see. I don't have access to them, but the GM's do, and if they banned you, well...
They are, of course, the "masters of the land." There is no "appeal" to CCP's final decision. I trust if you are polite and well-mannered, and ask/apologize about whatever happened, you might possibly get a reprieve. Then again, maybe not.

I tend to believe that he is full of it.
but to be fair there is an appeal of sorts.... he can ask for it to be refered to a senior GM, and failing that perhaps to internal affairs if he truly believes GM are abusing their power.

I still haven't done anything wrong, and still haven't been banned. What's happening here, surely according to the OP, I should have been banned by now.
In fact I haven't even logged into one of my accounts for a week.....maybe that's going to get me banned, because I haven't done ANYTHING at all!!
Oh well, I'll continue the experiment by continuing to do nothing wrong and see what happens.
