I am happy owner of 32" LCD monitor and i was wondering if its possible to split the monitor into 2 and run 2 eve clients side by side was searching all around the forum and was able to find a few programs:ShiftWindow and EVEMover they basically do what i need and here is the result:
now the problem is mouse do not sync correctly and i cannot press any button unless i move it far right of the screen then it actually press the button = impossible to use this way for gaming.
another problem is the text its totally unreadable.
if any one know a better way to do it please share, or many a way to solve this problems with current applications.

Immediate thought about the text is.. the game isn't meant to be stretched vertically more than horizontally... it's the 4:3 ratio or 16:9- ratio.. horizontal is always numerically superior to vertical ^_^; That may account for the text. But never had these issues as my screens real estate isn't that large to support two useful clients in two separate views. Usually just window them let them overlap and switch quickly.

i tried also to set it into smaller resolutions so the aspect ratio maintain : 640x480 it works and i dont mind the text being unreadable after all when i am piloting 2 ships but i cant even use the mouse becouse it do not corespond to correct mouse location always it actualy appear on the screen more left and up then location i am targeting.

32" LCD normaly uses 13**x7** res so each client would have a width of about 650 px which is too small to play eve
basicly the pixels forming the image are too big (low dpi) compared to pc monitors
also the clients need to run in windowed mode to have them side by side on one screen

I run 2-4 clients on a dual headed machine, but with different resolutions. This caused problems since Eve now uses a single location to store preferences. Therefore, my client preferences used to get mixed between sessions.
To run multiple clients, I:
- Set them to windowed mode
- Make a different copy of the Eve program files directory for each client
- Make a symlink to each executable, one for each client I want to run
- In the shortcut properties, add "/end /LUA:OFF" (without quotes, and outside of quotes in the executable line) as argument to the executable
- Turn off sound on all but one client.
This works fine, and I have not had a problem since switching to this configuration. I never cared for programs that basically did this for me, since it is so easy to do anyway.
