The ships even have names linked to this sector. I just realised that the Polaris empire could really be the Enheduanni look at the similarities. Polaris teleport around without using jump drives or jump gates Enheduanni teleport around via non-linear teleportation with without jump drives or jump gates. Polaris more advanced then the Jove with tougher ships 99% resistance, invincible, fast e.c.t There frigs can tank our cap ships. Enheduanni more advance then the Jove with tougher ships e.c.t Polaris like to play in the background effecting events and pretending to be people they are not like high ranking Gallente admiral then the next day a high ranking Amaar pilot Enheduanni pretty much live behind the scenes as puppet masters like above. Polaris not classed as an race/empire but everyone knows they are out there. Enheduanni not classed as an race/empire but everyone knows they are out there. That is true. As far as I am concerned, what the Jove are saying, is that they have sort of evolved to a point where they just aren't human in any meaningful way. And for the Jove to not consider them human, might mean it is a lot. Then again, the amount of them is also a big question. If you want to be really nice, since it is friday, you can try and find out if this will be in the plot of the novel at all (and when it is going to come out).
