The Capsuleer Outer Region Political Summary (CORPS) is a monthly declassified report produced by the Directive Enforcement Department (DED) for Assembly heads of state, internal watch commanders and diplomats. This report reflects CONCORDGÇÖs informal assessment of capsuleer political and military activity in non-empire controlled territories. Its purpose is to provide national stakeholders with a high-level situational overview of the outer regions.
However, we advise readers to act on this information with caution, as it cannot be deemed completely reliable due to the unpredictable behavior of capsuleers. The report is structured to follow movements of GÇ£significant influenceGÇ¥ as defined by transfers of major territories and areas of significantly greater levels of conflict compared to historical levels in nullsec space. As such, the larger GÇ£movers and shakersGÇ¥ are likely to dominate these reports. This should not be interpreted as preferential treatment, as the coverage intent of this report is purely objective and non-biased.
Link to the current and past CORPS reports can be found here.

ROFL, the most recent update on the wiki starts with:
"Steady fighting persists in Cloud Ring as Northern Coalition members Mostly Harmless and TauCeti Federation continue to battle against Ev0ke and Sons of Tangra."
and the most recent update on the old forums starts by referring to:
"...the on-going war between the Drone Region Forces (DRF) and the Northern Coalition (NC)"
And that was out of date then. |

if you define "won" as "toook al ltechnetiums and regions - then by all means DRF.
if you defin "won" as "destroyed entities, will to fight and made said entities to disband" then I'd say victory was not achieved. (as an example one could point at BoB vs ASCN, goons vs BoB as examples of "full victory" [flamesuit-on])

Gotta say, DRF pretty effectively destroyed the NC as an entity. The individual Alliances, not so much, but they never said their goal was to break MM, or RZR, but to destroy the coalition itself.
They succeeded pretty well, the NC failcascaded thoroughly, took a few alliances with it, and the major players who survived barely did so.
Now, if their goal was domination of 0.0, thats pretty much failed with the failed assault on VFK. |

well some major players are taking technetiums in a rate of 3-4 per week, and had one of the attackers move away for face-saving operation (oh and some random-corp-tower-save-in-empire contract ... )
but noone can deny that there were victories for DRF, wonder if they will regret that they never finished the job in the TOTAL way (mind you that may very well be impossible if the opponent's will is too big). |
