Hi,
I'm selling myself. I am an excelletion Covert Ops and Exploration character. I've got all the important skills needed for scanning and flying the relevant ships. I also have the hacking skill for exploration.
Finally - I can use Cruise Missiles, making me able to use Stealth Bombers etc.

Yep.
First thing is edit your post and remove your email :) We need to do everything via the forums, or in the game, to provide security for both of us.
Secondly - I've sent you an evemail in the game with a "copy" of the forum post.
You need to reply, saying you accept the buyout at 1.7bil, and include your ACCOUNT NAME (not your character name) where you want the Character transferred to. The Account must have at least 1 empty character slot (can have 2 other chars in it if u want - up to you).
Then send me (NeoTrade) 1.7bil isk.
I will then pay the transfer fee and transfer him over to you. I'll be online for the next few hours, plus a couple of hours after DT.
Convo me ingame if you need more info/help.
