I picked up a Remote Sensor Booster bp last week from either Heimatar or Tash-Murkon regions. Cant remember if i saw a tracking disruptor bp though.

Oddly enough, I just got a Cap Relay I bp as a reward for an agent mission. And yes, its an original.

Cap Power Relay is in game, just not all regions.
Remote Sensor Booster, yep that has some bug where you see the market selling boosters in the blueprints section

Yeah, I fell for that bug. Thought that the picture was bugged, and thought I was buying a BP for 75k isk. When I went to pick it up, noticed it was a module, not a BP... oh well

I got mine from Tash-Murkon Prime, but they should be available in most regions. They dont come under "jammers & scambers" instead you'll find remote sensor dampners in "sensor subsystems".

They were agent rewards back when you got Miner II BPO from agents.
My corp has an original as do a few others. If anyone is interested in purchasing some BPC or modules, give me a evemail.

I checked all BP on Amaar, New Caldari, Nonni, Alentene, Pator, Luminaire, Yulai and 3-4 others ''''''''S Regions.
There the list of missing one that I could not find more than 5 of them:

Name: Name of the BP.
AsBP: Exist as BP. If the item is listed in the BP market.
Qty>50: If the item can be bough and there at least 50+ of the item.
AsIte: Exist as item. Often, items (not t2) exist and they don''''''''t have bp ! I''''''''m gonna add all items of the market and compare wich lack and that are not even listed in BP market.)
Note2: Why all Blueprints are named "Blueprints Copy". I think that original unlimited BP should not be call "copy".
Note3: Tell me if you found a bp that I said it missing, tell me region I''''''''ll go confirm by myself and update list. Thk !

Set price balance in proportion of small nosferatu/energy neutralizer. As Neutralizer 2, Transfert 3, Nosferatu 3:
Heavy Energy Neutralizer I 5000000 ->1228000
Large Energy Transfer Array I 800000->same
Heavy Nosferatu I 10000000 ->2560000
Medium Energy Neutralizer I 1000000 ->480000
Medium Energy Transfer Array I 300000 ->same
Medium Nosferatu I 2000000 ->960000
Small Energy Neutralizer I 200000
Small Energy Transfer Array I 125000

Tracking Link/Computer/Enhancer (why 3 item of same* improvement ?):
Link/Computer are a subsystem. Link is 2* strenght of Computer but require high skill (lv5 gunnery +lv1 trajectory analys)
link: 5% range 10% speed
Computer: 10% range 20% speed
Enhancer is an "sensor upgrade" (the bp is placed in turret weapon upgrade, but in sensors susbsystem in item (COHERENCE plz!))
enhancer: 10% range, 7% speed
