Ok, this is a pretty simple request. It has a direct benefit on EBANK, as well as the 200 current clients within. Not only that, but it has the potential to assist public corporations across the galaxy as well as allow CEO's to better govern their assets.
Two things I will request, as I don't want this to turn into a long rant:
1) Ability to lock down shares - Shares are becomming pretty big in Eve. The market discussion forum shows there are a good 45-60 public corporations all with 10-300 shareholders each. More and more people are getting into this, and allowing this ability helps both corporations and individuals with a little portion of security.
2] Ability to lock down isk - This has the potential to help tons of people. Now, one may say "just don't let them have access to certain wallets", but what happens when we want to govern our CEO's. Me personally as CEO of EBANK, I want the ability to lock down portions of funds where my Board of Director's need to vote to unlock those funds.
Both of these features add what would seem to be simple functionality, with just a corporate vote being required to unlock the assets (just like hangar assets). If it's too hard to lock down isk in one of the divisional wallets (probably would be due to all the services that use those wallets) create a new auditor wallet with the ability to lock down the isk.
The effect these changes can have on EBANK alone is phenomenal. It can add a far higher layer of security to the corporation, making it impossible for me to take certain things without shareholder votes. I could also count off a dozen public corps not to mention almost every alliance in Eve, or anyone who's CEO is in possession of large sums of isk, who these additions could benefit.
Thank you for your time. EBANK Ricdic

With lockdown-able shares and ISK, one will finally be able to ensure true security in public corporations.

I agree, would definitely make life easier, and open up greater flexibility in securing your position.
Especially when you're a relative 'noob' to the management scene.

Er... a little bit hyperbolic, there, no?
Nonetheless, I agree, this functionality would be welcomed. If you get a moment while implementing these features, consider implementing BPO lockdown as originally explained in the Exodus features list, specifically the "Office Expiration" section.

Better said; one will be able to ensure security once the lockdowns are done. Before the lockdowns are complete, obviously there is possibility of misconduct.

It's a smart move, it is a good move. And dammit, it is some move. Anything to provide us with more tools in this more and more complex environment.
