When I hit connect in the client log on window. I get a red box that moves when the bar fills. when I get into game, My ships, and the Galaxy map shows up as red also.
I Just got my GeForce 6800 TX video card, and I took the time to update my drivers and set the video card sittings for my display. Am I missing any thing?

So far I have
Uninstall and reinstalled the video drivers.
Check the BIOS on my motherboard.
Checked other games and see if this problem happens to other game.
DirectX9 is updated and works.
Asked a GM to help me (still waiting for reply)
Has anyone with a Invida video card ever had this problem before.

turn off post processing in your vid card settings, i had the same issue on a buddies pc with a 7800gt, the post processing thing worked, no idea why.
hope it helps, if not.. im at a loss.

There's no such thing as a ''Geforce 6800 TX'' afaik..
But anyway; Tried updating your GFX drivers to the latest version, or did you reinstall off the CD? And does the redness ever happen outside EVE too?

If I sound like an ass, I am sorry. but telling me that a video card don't exists just ****ed me off when I spent 70USD just to get the card.

The redness only happens in eve. windows looks like... well windows. and Railroad Tycoon looks great.
