I am currently putting a system toghter but I can't decide on the video card I want/need. I have pci-e 16x slot on my motherboard so I was think one of these two.
EN8600GT SILENT/HTDP/512MB
or
CLUB3D 8600GTS 256MB
The one has more MB memory but the other has higher clock speed... So what's important for me (play eve mainly and some 3d work for school)
other suggestions are welcome... I have about 100-200 euros to spend on this video card.

If you can get one, take a look at the new 8800gt. It's crazy fast for the price. Crazy.
As for the two cards you mentioned, I'd go with the 512 meg version *assuming* there are no architectural differences between the two except for clock speed. You can always OC a card somewhat (particularly nvidia), but you can't add in memory. The more AA and AF/texture quality you use, the more memory you'll need. This holds true especially as you increase the resolution.
However, Nvidia's product cycle is renewing, so you might be better off waiting a short while to see what is happening to the mid-tier cards you're currently looking at. That, and the new 3 series from ATI looks promising, though they tend to cost more than nvidia does for the same performance.
Personally, I'd get a 8800gt (it beats or at least equals my 8800gts). For about half what I paid for my card (such is life, I guess). __________________________________________________

I agree with Mr Friendly, the 8800GT is the best bang for the buck currently.

I'm running ATI's 2900 XT, great video card. Below is a link for a good review on all the new cards ATI and Nvidia.
