i have the chance to rob an industrial corp of about 200mill or more should i do it or leave it?

Well, if your going to rob a corp you might as well go all out and attack them as well. Just so long as your corp mates you can fire on them, and even pod kill your own people without taking a sec hit or even getting concorded.
After all if your going to steal you should also kill. It's wasteful otherwise.
As for rep, who cares? So what if 'carebear' corps will blacklist you. Who needs'em anyway right.
So, my advice... attack as many corp mates as you can, even try to pod them... no reason not too then rob'em. It's the only way to be sure.
