Hi,
Currently I am doing lvl 3 missions in a cyclone with arties. Here's my setup:
HIGHS: 5X 650 Med Artys II, 3X Assault Missles II
MEDS: Med Shield Booster II, LSE II, 3X Hardeners (rat specific)
LOWS: 2X PDUs, 2X Gyro II
No rigs (don't have the cash for 3X CCCs)
The booster and the hardeners run for 4 and a half minutes, which is enough for almost all lvl.3's, but requires a little bit of micromanaging (with 3X CCC's it'll run indefinitely)
Do you guys have any suggestions how to tweak this setup to make it work for 0.0 ratting? Will it be able to take the triple BS spawns there?

i used my old cyclone for sanshas. armor tanked. tanked pretty much anything :P
id get rid of the LSE and get an LSB and something else in the last medslot, maybe even a cap recharger if u have cap difficulties.

dont mix SE and booster, use an amplifier instead if u need it, also use heavy launchers
i used to run 4/10 plexes with 5 arties/3 heavy launchers, shiledtank and afterburner, to make this fit u'll need a reactor control unit/pdu mix in low
i loved my cyclone with that setup, there are 1000 others tho ;)
edit: just saw u use 650s, i had a rack of 720s, 5x720 scouts & 3 arbalest heavy launchers

Have not flown a cyclone for ages now, since I got into a claymore, and boy do the fittings get tight on this ship. Ouchie. Anyway heres something amusing, though your capacitor at best skills will last 44s (so the evil EFT says) You will be repping allot on one go.

Essentially, swap the shield extender for a shield boost amplifier, and possibly a gyro or two for more PDSs.
