I noticed my 425mm railguns still use the same powergrid as before patch. Also my seige launchers are still 50 m3 cargo units when the patch notes said they would be 20 m3?
Did something go wrong or did I miss something here?

Cap usage of 425mm rails has been decreased, not powergrid usage. Also, I can see no mention of launchers in the patch notes. They should get adjusted too though, TBH.

What ever I was on when I read that must have been good as not even I can remember what it was.

nope its not u its ccp changing the patch notes ( which were draft yesterday ) "Power Need for the Ion Cannon, as well as the 150mm, 250mm, and 425mm Railguns have been reduced"
This has been replaced by " Power needed by the Ion Blaster Cannon has been reduced "

From patchlog: * X-large Shield Boosters have been increased in requirement to level 3 Shield Operation and Large Shield Boosters have been increased to level 2 Shield Operation.
Not true, still say Shield Op 1 and Engineering 1
* NPCs now sometimes drop Ships logs giving directions to scenarios.
Fix rumour service? My agent only tells me "This part of space seem quiet at this time" or something like that.
AND DON'T CHANGE THE STATION NAME LIST EVERY PATCH. please.

Thank god.. They need not do that, us full time Eve guys start seeing funny things when you play 18 hours and read one thing at the start of the day and then words are changed from under them at the end of the day. Makes one question his sanity.

Edited by: MacLagavulin on 03/03/2004 14:52:22 This behavior is business as usual at CCP site. Changing patchlog after the (like always glorious!) release, without informing the customers, has been done before. Even Hellmar said in an interview about an important information (don't remember the release, 1 of the last 2 for sure) "this should be in the patchlog" ... but, it has never been there. So it looks like the right hand sometimes does'nt know what the left is doing. And please don't expect any word from the devs what has happend. I guess EVE will have troubles over the next few days and stop playing untill next week should be a good idea. Sorry folks, but why does this s*** happen with every single patch?
btw. I love this game and my favorite word about it is still from Hellmar: "what we did with castor, others would sell as a full expansion"

Erm... that thing about cap reduction on hybrids has been changed to be two items instead of one. It's still there...
Quote: Capacitor usage for 150mm, 125mm, 250mm and 425mm Railguns have been reduced. Power Needed by the Ion Blaster Cannon has been reduced.

Damage leaking through armor has been altered so the hull does not start sustaining damage until armor is 25% of maximum hitpoints.
As you see they changed this also. --------------------------

sorry but ... this is not what was in there before: maybe somebody just has corrected a little cut'n paste error, but I don't think so

There seems to be a lack of communication within CCP, so it could just be that they didn't get some things in the patch that they wanted to, yet they posted the patch notes of everything that was planned to be in the patch.
Just a thought.
