Asestorian Domination.	Posted - 2007.11.17 13:28:00 - [122] I quite liked it, and considering it's length it's a good sign that it managed to hold my attention (I have a poor attention span). But ultimately I can't rate it too highly because it was primarily a lot of nano'd up droneship fights. They may be quite fun to fly, but nanos, and drones, make for pretty boring watching a lot of the time, at least in my opinion. If someone less well known for making videos had made this, just reading that you were flying primarily an Ishtar would have made me not download it. --- MOZO

I do agree with everything people have said about the nano-ing. I tried to mention that in the OP, but a lot of the video quality fights happened to end up with me using the Ishtar. I'll make more of a effort to use the Eos for its remaining lifetime, and the Astarte again following that. Chapter VIII 14/11/07

H.264 is very complex to decode; that's why modern graphics cards have built-in acceleration for it (otherwise you couldn't play HD-DVD/Blu-Ray without a top-end CPU). Of course, the other solution is to get something like CoreAVC, which is both multithreaded and nearly twice as fast as the CCCP at H.264 playback. 23 Member EVE Video makers: save bandwidth! Bit of a technicality, but I thought I'd point it out. -----
