Hi all,
I've paid for my portrait swap and after I refreshed my in game cache I can see the new portrait in-game but I still see this old portrait on this website I have cleared my internet cache many times and it hasn't helped.
So how do I make my new face appear on this website? I've tried petitioning this many times but am ignored by CCP I think the customer service here is lacking to say the least!

AFAIK, it would take a while for website update. Hope it helps. :)

Yeah, New chars have to wait for their portraits to show up on this site, so the same may apply to pic swaps.

Thanks for the reply. It's been a month since I paid for the swap but a friend did his almost a year ago and his portrait still hasn't been changed on the website. But he's not as vain as I am

It took me awhile as well, about a month and a half. A year for your friend is crazy and I would be asking for my money back.

I changed mine a few months after I started playing and it only took a few days for the site to update... took longer in game, but only because I forgot to clear my cache, so don't know what to tell you...

Still haven't recieved a response from ccp thier customer server is some-what lacking!

Judging by the thread dates you've only waited 2 days, for non-game related issues you'll be waiting a fair bit longer than 2 days on average before you get a reply, its not lacking its balanced, your forum avatar comes pretty far down the list of priorities in the whole scheme of things.

Granted it's hardly a priority however i've been waiting a week and an automated response saying we're very busy right now and will help you asap would have been nice. We do pay for a service you know this isn't free.
