I think that people which good standings like 10 to some corp for example Federal Navy should get something for that all time of working for it (its ~10 like 9.9999 and systems show 10).
I dont know what it could be, maybe double lp on missions from corp with 10 standing (just add second version of "I finish mission (Standing 10)". Or ability to join NPC corp which normaly no one cant, or ability to choose missions. Maybe even some mechanism with increasing a npc bounty on mission given by agent from 10 standing corp.
Any ideas? Because there are many people with 10's.

So if it isnt hard, and so many people have it...why should they get something?

Because nobody will be interested in creating thing for 0.001% of players.
For example if you train a carrier, you think you shouldnt have rights to fight in it?

I'd put money on it that most people with +10 get it from mission running, alot of mission runners are farmers......... giving them more for doing nothing is a bit of a sensitive subject.
I say no they should get nothing due to that Odessa Ops, Anti-Pirate 0.0 PvP corp - Newbs and Corp Mergers Welcome

Wait, wasn't it stated that 78% of the eve population is in high sec? What people in high sec are doing? - industry - trade - missions - something else?
So in that 78% of players, many may be running missions (I guess it's much more than the whole 0.0 population - 9% if you read that too) should not get any reward for having high standings?
We don't have to care if some people farm isks to sell them afterwards (it's forbidden, not giving more features to mission runners should not be related, isk tracking is a better idea than spoiling the fun of the 'silent' players), there are legit players that run missions and enjoy the simple gameplay they have in empire, many of those won't say anything in those forums because they are mostly happy with the current game state.
So, if people with high standings with some corps and meeting other requirements wants to join them for RP reasons, I say let them do it, give them the opportunity! New services from corps you have 10 standing would be good. Having jumpclones at 8 is easy, reaching 10 is another thing.
Maybe the 'more LP, more isks' (both are same at the end) isn't the right way. But, there are things that could be done like -free repairs -no broker's fees -agents giving acces to services remotely (this includes taking a mission from an agent while not being in the agent's station) -choosing between several missions -asking your agent for missions against a chosen faction (having a preferred ennemy) -discounts on blueprints or skills (not tradegoods, this would increase trading margin too much and just create isk, selling skills or unresearched BPOs is just very hard, it's not much a possible trading activity) the corporations sells -hauling services (paid in LP) -Other services paid in LPs?
There are many things that would not give tons more isks but make our life easier and feeling like having a good relationship with the corp.
PS : Wouldn't this be better in features and ideas? -- Pocket drone carriers (tm) enthousiast !

If you have 10 faction standing (such as gallente or minmitar) you will get multiple run BPCs. Bear in mind this is much harder to get.

Awesome. Should be personalized for corp though, so you get Supreme Caldari Navy, Spacelane Patrol, Corporate Police Force Carebear [insert name], etc. Maybe with additional titles like, "Defender of Motsu", "CNR Grand Poobah", and so on.
You should also become 100x easier to probe because of the glitter off of all your medals. * * * In the beginning the Universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry and been widely regarded as a bad move.

Yes I believe that the 78% of the people in empire: Macro Ratters Macro Miners Macro Haulers Extinct Accounts Industrialists New Players People from 0.0 attacking war targets in empire
..shouldnĘt get anything at all for grinding missions and being in empire. Using the percentage to try and show how many people are in empire on legitimate accounts running missions is flawed.
Ofc there are people who like running missions because thatĘs what they like thereĘs nothing wrong with that, but there are people who enjoy PvP.... should they get extra things because they do what they like and get -10 standing.... nope I donĘt believe they should.
One group shouldnĘt get an ability that others canĘt because they enjoy a more boring way of playing.
PvP ftw

So you going to completely discount: Mission running Carebears Mission Runner Alts Traders Growing Corps Social Groups Role-Play Corporations People between corps Corps between alliances People/Corps/Alliances that can't stand territorial warfare
The list goes on.

Extinct accounts weren't going to be on-line when the "snap-shot" was taken. Secondly even if only one quarter of accounts in empire are legitimate that still outnumbers those in 0.0 around two to one. To think that almost everyone paying for this game is an ISK farmer begs the question of who the ISK buying customers are.
Your also forgetting the huge number of macro-miners, macro-ratters, and other RMT ISK farmers in 0.0.

Your kidding right. I myself am in empire simply because I find 0.0 boring. POS wars and endlessly hunting for combat really doesn't appeal to me. Aliastra offers me better PvP opportunities than even the ASCN war did.
And one group receiving an ability others can't...
How much of the content that has been released in the past three years actually appeals more to the empire carebear community than the blobbers in 0.0?

It would be neat to get a present from a corp for having gotten a +10. Getting a 10 isn't hard, though I don't have one, but it does take a lot of time. Sadly this means farmers will have it :P
So, why not just make it something that isn't transferable and doesn't provide players with any item or abilities. Just a stamp on your info sheet would be interesting or a symbol on your ship hulls would be kinda cool. Just as a form of "recognition" from the NPC corp as opposed to a gift that can be sold on the market.
There was some talk at one time about factional warfare showing ranks on ships or player info sheets, so this is basically that same thing but for corp instead of factions.

I agree. I think they should implement medals that show up on your char sheet. I ***** for quafe and am pretty close to +10, so I should get a quafe medal or something.
Even cooler would be disco lights on my mega, but that'll never happen.

Well, things like research, manufacturing and invention lines for half the price would be something, or access to res/assembly lines which noone with a standing below +10 can see... -- The future begins now - in EVE we live it, in real life we create it!
