ęTwas the night before weekend
And at a scurrying pace,
Ships were a-flitting
Throughout Empire space
I rubbed my hands in avarice
My shopping list was complete
I needed a boatload of missiles
To feed AmarrĘs hungry fleets
Humming a merchantĘs ditty
To Jita I was bound,
Intent on the riches
Soon to be found
Through the Citadel I traversed
Then had a sudden whim
maybe the prices are better here
my face starting to grin
Some of the munitions I needed
Lo and Behold were there!
At even a better bargain
What delicious fare!
So onward to Jita
Now but half what I sought was there
A few stops to more shops
What did I care?
Leaving Caldari Navy station
Number four was the moon
Always a jumble of traffic
ThoĘ a merchant pilotĘs boon
Suddenly there arose
Such a big clatter
I looked at my ship
To see what was the matter!
All had turned red
My face then went blank
For I was the victim
Of a suicide gank!
Then my pod was a-spinning
Like some ornament hung here
To brighten the night
And bring some good cheer
Some villain named Sidious
Had ruined my trip
But I had the last laugh
The loot didnĘt even pay for his ship!
Concorded he was
His info I read
An arrogant foul-mouth cretin
WhoĘd be better off dead
So I went to the other
Market IĘd found
And after buying a Bestower
I was soon homeward bound
So hereĘs another lesson
that thereĘs always a risk
and be certain one can never have
More than enough ISK!
IĘll recover my losses
In about a week no doubt
So hereĘs thumbinĘ my nose
At that Toxic Corp lout!
