I have a Large POS set up to mine 2 minerals from a moon then a medium reaction and then a complex reaction.
The Reactor Array deposits into a Silo can the final silo be linked to the corp hanger array in any way shape or form

NO, BUT for the stated above setup you can have up to 5 extra silos linked to each harvester in a chain like fashion.
Moon --> H1 ->S1->S2->S3->S4->S5->S6
Moon --> H2 ->S7->S8->S9->S10->S11->S12
+CHA
CHA = Corporate Hangar Array
Caldari Tower = 7500 cpu
Harvester = 500 cpu
Silo = 500 cpu
CHA = 150 cpu
Total CPU Usage = 7150 or 95.33%
Total storage capacity for each minerals = 120,000 m^3 + .5 CHA(manual unloading to CHA)
And you still have grid and cpu to mount a defense for unwanted snoopers. Fuel/unload 1/month.
POS setup is lazy man's answer to making InterStellar Kredits.

I think he wants to have a couple of reactors as well. Not going to fit that many silos if he wants simple and then complex reactions.

Oh man!
You calculate here how much silos you can chain together to maximize the duration of time required to fill them... and the you take a Caldari Tower
Just try a Gallente Tower! You might not be able to put as many silos to it, but a Gallente Tower has +100% Silo capacity So even if you have 2 less silos, you still have nearly duplicated the time here
