Very mellow ambient for a vast majority of the tracks and it just fits like a snug glove...thats why. I like chillin out to ambient music when I wanna fall asleep and the EvE soundtrack delivers. I cant imagine trying to play the game with some garbage like metal playing or what have you...just doesnt fit at all. Metal or any rock/alternative would fit something more along the lines of UT and such....

Caldari001 - Mission song Caldari004 - Mission song Gallente002 - Mission song Is some of the best stuff out there. And yes I like techno. ItÆs sorta a pre requisite. Acquired taste. You need a high level to like techno, sorta like everything else out there.

Especially the newer stuff that Digweed is throwin down lately...the tech-house, electro-house sound. Absolutely LOVE IT! But yeah...dance music is either one of two sides from what I've seen...like it or hate it.

I know for a fact that one of the songs was called "Gallentean Wave (Dark *** whatever)". For the record I like some of the EVE music. Jon's stuff is occasionally hit or miss, but I think he hits more often than he misses. I've always thought a bit of dynamic music ala Wing Commander (or Homeworld!) and some more powerful, driving tracks for when you're in combat would do the game wonders, though. ----- Character back under original management.
