After 24 hours fighting can legally occur between those involved. There comes a time when you cannot take any more. In the past couple of weeks, we have moved to Teonusude, hoping to expand our market into Molden Heath and the surrounding area. However, not all went according to plan. We've been getting constantly undercut by certain industrialists, with them lowering prices by 1 ISK, sorely testing our buy order management through constant modification. To cap it all, ADVL supply lines have come under attack from V I G I L militants, hindering our transportation capabilities and thus market presence. It is a hard time for Advanced Logistics. We can only hope that the The V I G I L will bring forward some sort of diplomacy. Afterall, fighting is not our primary profession. It would be easier for the both of us if we could sort this out with words, not gunfire.

If you cant pracice in good faith then don't make deals with us or anyone we know or we will war dec you. we kindly asked that you stop undercutting our prices and interfering with our trade. you have refused. now we will take from you all the isk this war cost and all the isk we should be making on the market while we have to deal with you. normally I would say that there is still a chance for peace, please contact awox and make reperations. but in the case of the scum from this alliance I have decided that it will be much more enjoyable taking the isk from you by force.

If you are a trading alliance cut into your profits for abit, until your competitors cant compete with your prices anymore, then hike them up again. Problem is this game is a market economy, so you are always going to get outbid. Live with it

What ya don't understand is that a VERY similar post was put up when these guys war deced someone else (I'd look for it, but that would be too much time for this one post) and said the same stuff : market in such and such, undercut by 1 isk, supply lines cut blahblah blah ... It's even funnier when you consider that I highly doubt that Vigil have an industrialist wing and are basically quite a bit of low sec pvpers.
